Kansas city is famous for its stockyards. It has more working fountains than any city but Rome. A fountain of some sort is integrated into the design of nearly all commercial building, giving Kansas City its nickname: "The City of Fountains.” The City is vibrant and diverse and maintains a healthy mixture of art and agriculture, sports and technology, cowboys and haute couture.
