High on the slopes of Mount Harrison in the Great Smoky Mountains is the only ski resort in Tennessee. Located at the northern entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, the popular resort town of Gatlinburg and the other Gatlinburg Amusement Park and Ski Resort, is visited by millions of tourists annually.
