Cleveland has a rich cultural legacy that includes the well-regarded Cleveland Museum of Art, and the Cleveland Orchestra, America's most recorded symphony. Cleveland's oldest skyscraper provides a splendid view from its 42nd-floor observatory. The greenhouse, the oldest civic horticultural centre in the country, has seasonal flower and plant exhibits indoors; outside you'll find a Japanese garden, a formal English garden, and a talking garden for the blind. Renovated steel warehouses and tool-and-die factories are now fashionable clubs and restaurants.
